Apartment Information
We aim to keep apartment descriptions, amenities, prices, photos, and availability information accurate. Details may change over time, and final availability, pricing, and stay terms are confirmed directly in writing before any direct booking is accepted.
Direct Stay Requests
Submitting a direct stay form is an inquiry, not a confirmed reservation. A stay is only confirmed after we reply, agree the dates and price, and any required payment or booking step has been completed.
Airbnb Bookings
Some stays may be booked through Airbnb. Airbnb bookings are governed by Airbnb's own platform terms, policies, cancellation rules, and payment process.
Prices and Discounts
Direct stay prices and discounts shown on the website are estimates for guidance. Weekly and monthly discounts may apply based on stay length, but final direct pricing is confirmed by reply.
Guest Responsibilities
Guests are expected to respect the apartment, neighbors, building rules, check-in and check-out arrangements, and any house rules confirmed before arrival.
Area Guide and External Links
The Area Guide includes recommendations and links to third-party websites, maps, and social profiles. We do not control those third-party services and cannot guarantee their opening hours, prices, availability, or content.
