Information We Collect
We collect information you choose to send through the website, including your name, email address, WhatsApp or mobile number, country, apartment choice, stay dates, guest count, and message. If you join the mailing list, we collect your email address and optional name.
How We Use Your Information
We use booking request details to respond to your inquiry, check availability, provide direct pricing, and manage guest communication. We use mailing list details only to send occasional Vili Apartments emails about Georgia living, long-stay offers, apartment updates, and related travel notes.
Email Consent
We do not use purchased or third-party email lists. Visitors join the mailing list by submitting the newsletter form, which is clearly presented as a newsletter signup. Guests who submit booking or registration forms may be stored as operational contacts so we can manage the stay and send one-to-one booking communications. Marketing email and WhatsApp/SMS preferences are recorded separately and are only used when a guest actively opts in. Consent boxes are not pre-selected. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
